Jacqueline Butler and Gene Burke will discuss the role of the environment in HAIs, the Sentara Healthcare clinical trials around the role of copper linens and surfaces to reduce HAIs (including unreleased data), and the business case that led to Sentara Healthcare’s decision to deploy the products in all inpatient rooms system-wide. Attendees will also learn how to determine whether an HAI reduction technology makes sense for their facility or system.
